T-Comp Consulting strives to lead the community to understanding more clearly the benefits of cannabis therapies and the business models that best serve that purpose. Our experience in working directly with patients, producers, and dispensing collectives for over a decade gives us insight into the inner-workings of the cannabis movement and industry. We look to enhance the ideas and dreams of our clients and assist them in navigating more easily the often-murky environment surrounding cannabis.

We choose to focus on the needs and desires of the creative and motivated clients in which we serve. Our success is based solely on the success of those who we offer our services. Our understanding of the cannabis industry allows us to help our clientele move forward with their ideas in a more efficient and clear manner, often avoiding common mistakes and overcoming the challenges of this fledgling industry. We dedicate our time and energy to making sure that the people who use our service are respected members of the community and have the proper tools and knowledge to not just succeed, but also exceed, in the cannabis business arena. Whether it is cultivation, processing, producing, dispensing, or all of the above, we have great resources available to ensure that every venture can be successful.

Badly planned and operated cannabis businesses do not do anybody any good. Therefore we see it as an important service to the movement to help direct upstart entities to success. We look forward to helping our clients become a thriving and productive member of the community. Our goal is to help to avoid problematic issues that can arise from inexperience and thoughtlessness, which can in turn influence many different aspects of the industry. It is our duty to help those wishing to operate safely and effectively do so. T-Comp Consulting understands it is an honor to serve those willing to be on the front lines of a great and storied movement. We believe deeply that a community of well-educated and thoughtful patients and providers can change the outlook of society on the wonders of cannabis therapies and the industrial uses of this often misunderstood plant.

Mickey Martin Bio

Mickey Martin, T-Comp Director, is the founder of Compassion Medicinal Edibles and Tainted Inc.
Mickey Martin is the Associate Editor for West Coast Cannabis Magazine and a founding project advisor for the Medical Cannabis Safety Council. His work in providing food-based medicines for nearly a decade revolutionized the industry of packaging and labeling of cannabis products. His infamous designs made the term "tainted" a household name amongst medical cannabis patients and edible connoisseurs. The evolution of Tainted to Compassion Medicinal Edibles epitomized everything that is right about the medical cannabis movement. As the legal and social concerns have morphed over the last decade, so did this company of compassionate providers of the industries safest type of cannabis medicines.

The highly publicized raid of Tainted Inc. forced Mickey Martin to take his political action to Federal Court. In his experience in the courtroom, after a year long PR campaign to plead the case of cannabis patients and providers, federal officers and a Federal District Judge agreed that Mr. Martin acted in good faith and was not motivated by greed in his actions providing medicine for the sick and dying. He was sentenced to no jail time and allowed to return to his political involvement in the medical cannabis movement. A room full of activists stood in the courtroom applauding the results and the case was a landmark development in the way cannabis medicines we viewed on a federal level.

Mickey Martin graduated with honors from St. Mary's College of California in Business and has spent over ten years developing cannabis-based businesses in the community. He helped develop the founding principles and vision for the Medical Cannabis Safety Council through his call for self-regulation and responsibility in the cannabis industry. He has researched extensively many aspects of the cannabis industry, including nomenclature, history, safety, quality control, and cannabis production environments and methods. Mickey Martin has written many articles for cannabis publications and maintains a cannablog at www.cannabiswarrior.com that chronicles his experiences in dealing with major issues facing the cannabis movement.
